PMC  

PMC is an object that is built from the lace of three rectangular prisms inscribed in a polyhedron. A tridimensional puzzle is formed from this three pieces. The union of the differents parts has the aim to recall the cultural splendor that took place in Palermo and the whole Sicily from the coexistence in the island of Arabs and Normands, which produced an enourmus architectonical and cultural heritage, unique in the world.

 

This three pieces that form the puzzle represent the three towns that are part of the UNESCO World Heritage: Palermo, Monreale and Cefalú. The first letter of each one give name to the object (PMC). This three letters give also the form of the puzzle that is built from the union of this three pieces. Each one of the parts are printed in one of the three colors of Laboratorio Palermo (red, green and yellow)
