The limit of Mataró downtown is a place of transition; the urban structure, the social activities and the topography change in this point. We take this last imput as the main generator of the project.

The project is based in two big public spaces, one in the lower and the other one in the higher point of the area. This two spaces are connected by either a crosswalk and a traffic road. In the lower square is placed a skycraper as a visual reference of this new downtown.
