The project is organized around two strategies. The first one is to resolve in ground floor the complex transition from the narrow streets from les Corts to the Avinguda Diagonal, one of the main roads in Barcelona. The second one, is the colocation of temporary hosuing for rehoused people.

This temporary housing is organized around a collective central court. Beside this building, the streets from les Corts are blurred, widening in a transition to the more open spaces between the skycrapers placed in la Avinguda Diagonal.
